Your Credit. Your Power!

In an effort to inform and empower the community on establishing and maintaining strong personal and business credit, Phi Kappa Omega Chapter teamed up with author and radio hosts Chris and Te’dora Scott, to conduct a credit monitoring seminar on April 20, 2019 at the Woodson Regional Library. Additional speakers and guests included real estate agent Eve Benton and First Midwest Bank representatives Donita Harris and Jason Rose. Attendees learned and discussed the importance of creating generational wealth, restoring and monitoring credit rankings, positioning your credit to buy and sell real estate, and utilizing proper financial and banking tools for investments and savings. The credit monitoring seminar was organized by the Target 3: Building Your Economic Legacy Committee is led by Iris Fullilove.
